To change your password please follow below instructions.

If you remember you password:

1. Login to this page, if you haven't already, using "Login" button in the top right corner of this page.
2. On the next page, Click on "I Agree" to the "Terms of Use Agreement".
3. Select "Other Email Address" from the dropdown and click "OK"
4. Enter your email address and password and click "Logon"
5. Use the Change Password section to change your password by entering required information.

If you don't remember your password:

1. Use "Reset Your Password" section to reset your password
2. Enter your username only (not email address) e.g. bsmith,  and click "Continue"
3. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
